Format:

Our charts are printed on a laser printer with a color photo and black and white chart pages, inside of a clear protective sleeve. They are 6x9" size.

Technical Support/Refunds:

Our policy is to offer technical support on patterns. Sorry, we do not accept refunds. If you experience a problem, please call or email, and we will note the problem, look it up, and contact you as soon as we can. Due to a very busy schedule, at times this may take a few weeks to address.
